I have a toothache, a broken tooth, or another urgent problem

If something hurts or has suddenly gone wrong, you don't need to wait for a full new-patient examination before asking us for help.

Our New Patient Emergency Consultation focuses on the immediate problem and includes an X-ray and prescription where clinically required.

We reserve appointments for dental emergencies and will offer a same-day appointment wherever possible.

If treatment is required, we will explain your options and any additional costs before carrying it out.

I'm nervous or haven't visited a dentist for a long time

Please don't let embarrassment stop you from coming to see us.

Whether it has been six months or many years since your last dental appointment, our role isn't to judge what has happened in the past. It is simply to understand where things are now and help you move forward.

We'll take things at your pace, explain what we're doing and give you the opportunity to ask questions.

If dental treatment makes you particularly anxious, we also offer sedation for many treatments following an assessment with our in-house sedationist.

I want to improve my smile

You may already know you're interested in Invisalign, whitening, composite bonding or porcelain veneers.

Or you may simply know that there is something about your smile you'd like to change.

Replacing missing teeth or undertaking more extensive dental treatment can feel like a big decision.

We will first make sure we understand your overall dental health, what you would like to achieve and any concerns you have before discussing treatment options.

If you're new to our practice and considering dental implants, your first step is usually a comprehensive New Patient Examination & Consultation. Once we understand the health of your teeth and gums, we can arrange a detailed consultation with our Implant Surgeon along with CBCT imaging.

You will receive a personalised treatment plan and clear written costs before deciding whether you would like to proceed.

You do not need to join a membership plan to become a patient at Heronsgate Dental & Facial.

You can simply visit us and pay for your care as you go.

For patients who would prefer to spread the cost of their routine dental care, our Denplan Membership plans start from £29 per month and include regular Dental Health Checks and preventative care, together with additional member benefits.
